Dear Greg,

What can I say but thank you. I know your business is to provide a service to your customers when problems arise with our computers and their support hardware and software. I want you to know how much your are appreciated with your approach and resolution of the problems that are encountered. You are always patient and understanding and you always take the time to explain the whys and wherefores. You are fair in your pricing as well. It must be a challenge to you once in a while to address an issue that doesn’t have the easy solution or fix but you always maintain your calm and resolve to make things right again so we can continue to live in this world of ever changing technology.
